When Love Encounters

A white-collar worker (Timothy Cheng) spends every night sitting in the bench outside an apartment, waiting for its lights to go out. One day, his peaceful, isolated existence is disturbed by a lovelorn girl (Kandy Wong) who has fallen for a young man living in the same building.
